Alyssa is a certified plant-based nutritionist, yoga instructor, and holistic health advocate. She teaches yoga and works with clients to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and promote wellness through plant-based foods, breath-work, and nervous system regulation. A firm believer in the healing power of nature, especially the ocean, Alyssa draws from her own experiences with health challenges—colon cancer scares, digestive issues, postpartum struggles, and pregnancy loss—to help others listen to their bodies and trust their intuition.
As a former athlete herself, wife of a retired professional hockey player, and mom of two boys, Alyssa has healed chronic health issues through food, mindset shifts, and nervous system care. She is passionate about guiding others on their own journeys to wellness, embracing both the power of nature and the body’s innate ability to heal.
